Role/ Responsibilities :
+ Answer incoming calls. Provide FCR on calls.
+ Cross sell through advises and recommendations.
+ Has to be compliant on all calls.
+ Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hrs. Every month.
+ Work on getting 100% on LEI score-
+ Keep oneself updated on product and process changes.
+ Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year.
+ Undergo all the tests and training mandated by Mphasis – BCP, Info Security, and Code of Conduct etc.
+ UG/Grads/BE/BTECH/PG’s full time pass-outs only from recognized universities
+ Please Note: B.Tech, BE, MSc. in Technology graduates, PG / PG Diploma in Technology/Engineering if hired, should not have an aggregate score of 60% or more of all their semesters.
